When I told one of my friends about the problem we had with critters in our attic, she recommended Jeff at Omega Animal Removal. He and his team did such a thorough job of securing the house and cleaning out all of the evidence from the squirrels and other rodents. It has been over a year. Although it is since rare when we think we hear any more animals, when we recently did, Jeff immediately stopped by, found where it had entered the house, and sealed it even more. I’m so glad my friend recommended Jeff at Omega, and I too have passed along the recommendation to other friends.

I can’t recommend Jeff and Omega enough. I was having mice problems at a rental property even after having another rodent company service supposedly addressing it. After months of the issue not being resolved, I called Omega and spoke with Jeff and he came out next day to take a look. He immediately identified the source of entry and even honestly told me it’d be cheaper for me to have my existing service company come fix it however after months of runaround with them I was done and asked Jeff and team to take care of it and do it right. Not only did they immediately seal up the point of entry and monitor to ensure all live critters were gone, they did full sanitation to clean up droppings/mess that previous companies claimed to not be their responsibility. Jeff always responded immediately and was easy to work with and gladly worked with both me and my renters to ensure prompt and least invasive scheduling. I would gladly work with Omega again. I appreciate their honesty about cost and timing but also their quality of work. You get what you pay for and I will never go with a “cheap” pest control company again after working with Jeff.

Jeff and Pepper were extremely thorough and professional while treating my house and attic for rats. It was well worth the money to have the peace of mind with a lifetime warranty. I did a lot of research before choosing omega and I’m very glad I did.

I have been using this company for many years and they’re great! Greg comes out and does a great job treating our home and he’s always really helpful and knowledgable about the bugs. I like that they’re a smaller company because you feel like you’re part of the family. I haven’t really had problems with cockroaches since they started coming out years ago when we bought the house!

I am dissatisfied with the service and services of this company. They were recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been disappointed since day 1. I’ve had a different guy at each visit. For the exception of one, each exterminator has shown late. One guy showed to the wrong address and then did a rush job once he finally showed . Another guy came by when I wasn’t home and took pics of my garage doors to show proof he showed. I called the office to schedule a follow up for spraying of the rest of my home, I’m still waiting. Keep in mind they’ve already taken the funds out of my account, full payment for a fourth of the work. I have left voice messages and emails for someone to contact me, I’m still waiting for a response. Needless to say after my contract is over I will not be using them and I will share my experience with anyone who will listen. Don’t waste your time or money. I assure you there are better companies out there.

Exceptional Customer Service! Starting from the initial call to schedule to the reminder to the arrival to our home. Everyone was very nice, thorough and got the job done. Armondo came to our home and was kind and personable. Customer Service is lacking now a days but not with Green Earth Exterminators. Thank you. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Josh was very, very quick to reply to my late-night, online request for an inspection and he was at my house the next day, in the morning! (I prefer to work with companies that actually use modern methods of communication. So many still think the telephone between 8AM and 5PM is the only way to communicate.) Josh accessed the situation and thoroughly explained how he would solve the problem, the warranty and the cost. I agreed and then he started work immediately. For the second visit to my home, he communicated well about the scheduling and he arrived on time. He was professional and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the service provided by Elite Wildlife Services.

Josh came out on short notice, on a holiday, and was on time. He did a thorough inspection and was able to find the dead rodent that had caused the house to smell vile! He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him and this company! I will definitely use them again, if needed.

Called them on a Sunday afternoon after hearing raccoons in my attic and Mark, the owner, was at my house within an hour to inspect the damage. Mark found a pregnant raccoon nesting in a corner of my 3rd floor attic and proposed a plan of action to extricate the raccoon and to prevent this from happening again. Elite Wildlife Services had 3 men at my house the next morning and they completed the project by noon on Thursday. The guys were very professional and responsive and left my house raccoon free and sealed so that unwanted critters cannot nest here again.

Good company, does a good job but is HORRIBLE at communicating that they are coming by to do their 3 month treatment. They came by without my knowledge or authorization without me knowing a little more then a week ago maybe and I was not happy that I wasn’t aware they were coming. They are very good at responding to calls or requests to come back out though. I will definitely give them that. They do a good job overall I’m just unhappy that they showed up unannounced

We were very pleased with Preventive Pest Control service. Person was very informative, professional and nice. He was very detailed in explaining what he was going to be doing each time and how everything works. He did outside, attic and sprayed all inside rooms and even with my 2 small dogs they guaranteed that it was safe for them. This is first time using this company and I already feel very pleased with their service.

I had a squirrel problem. Called 4 different places and decided to go with preventive pest control because I got a good vibe from them. I spoke with a girl named Jessica and she was so nice and helpful. She had someone come out as soon as possible. Daniel was the one who came out and did the inspection and then let me know how much it would be to fix the problem. They had 2 people out here the next day fixing everything. I’ve had them for only a few days but I don’t hear the squirrels anymore. I also sent them over to my dad’s to check out his rodent problem, needless to say he also hired them to help with his situation.

Ben was very professional and is highly recommended for households that are concerned about the ramifications of prevention on their children’s or animal’s well-being. Ben modified his treatment plan upon finding out I had animals on the premise and walked me through how he was laying a non-toxic treatment; which in turn was effective. He was thorough, descriptive about the service and showed me where termite prevention had been installed by the previous owner. Highly recommend this company.

Tech left rain guard off mosquito system. Computer control ruined by rain. But they never told us until we complained about mosquitoes 6 months later. When we called to complain about this, they explained they had identified the system to be broken months earlier (with no reference to rain damage) and had emailed and called us to this effect. (We had received neither an email nor call). Somehow, though they continued to bill and collect from us for three services after this date (over $600) when they had, in fact, never been to our home.

We had a third party in the industry evaluate. He identified the damage to be caused by water and identified the rain guard had been left off the system. Further, their tech had completely rerouted the system, removed key elements, and left other parts submerged in the liquid product (inappropriately.)

Over $2,500 to replace system. BM denies any responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COST. Strongly consider instead ECOVISION PEST CONTROL, formerly Academic Pest Control. Andy, the owner, is reliable, honest, and knowledgeable.

RESPONSE TO OWNER’S RESPONSE: Owner continues to misrepresent the facts. They continue to falsely state that I was initially notified by them. Only after this post did they finally refund the inappropriate charges of over $600 that occurred over two billing cycles months after they claim that they had told me the system was broken. Of course I refused your offer to repair that came ONLY after we identified that you had created the problem and then lied about it. I refused your offer because I no longer trust you. But you didn’t offer to cover any of the $2500 cost caused by your employee.

Avoid this business if you wish to work with people who will be truthful and honorable.

OMG Bennie is the best he so kind and knowledgeable. I know I was a headache asking him a tone of questions but he was so patient with me and answered all my questions. He use a pet friendly Chemical inside my home. I left my fur babies in there cage for a few hours and when I let them out they didn’t notice anything. He used harder chemicals outside in the garage. The same day I saw those big nasty Texas tree roaches dead in the garage “THANK YOU!” Today is day 3 since Bennie treated my home and I haven’t seen a thing. I am so thankful for Bennie’s help!

Jerry and team did a fantastic job. We heard animal noise in the attic. Another company came prior to Jerry and it didn’t work at all. Jerry inspected carefully the attic and roof. He installed screen to block the potential animal entries. We haven’t heard anything for two days now. I’d highly recommend Jerry!

James got out of bed and came at 2 a.m. to rescue an infant possum. He was so gentle with the baby, took him home and took him to the SPCA in the morning. I highly recommend him.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On time and great service. They helped me trap and remove the mice that got into my house. The biggest part of their service is preventing them from coming in again. Every one of the people I dealt with either in the field or at the office were super nice! Highly recommend them. Very happy with my service.
