I have been with Brody Brothers for about 4 years and their service has been satisfactory so far. Their service technicians are professional in their approach but I wish they will do a better job in clearing all the dead bugs and spiders they leave behind all the time. But an exception was the last treatment a technician by name Brandy did. Besides being knowledgeable and patient, She did a great Job listening to all my concerns and treated every area inside and outside my home to my satisfaction. I will continue to use this Company and I recommend it for now.

Brody Brothers Pest Control represents the highest level of customer service it has been my pleasure to experience. A fantastic company all around from the office staff to the technicians.

I contracted with this company on the recommendation of another customer and I have not been disappointed.

After the initial inspection, company returned bi-weekly until signs of infestation were under control, and quarterly thereafter. Advised that they remain on-call should a problem arise between scheduled visits. Company notifies when the tech is on the way and he arrives promptly as scheduled. Techs (Wyatt) are knowledgeable, professional and personable. Inspection and each follow-up visit performed thoroughly. Kept me informed of findings on each visit.

Rates are fantastic for the level of service and attention to detail provided.

I recommend the services of Brody Brothers wholeheartedly. Will definitely remain with this company when my current contract expires.

Brody Brothers was a referral from a community neighbor who lives in Pikesville. I only received my initial treatment and my two week follow-up. Professional technicians (Shane and Lee) on both visits. Prior to your appointment they will send an e-mail with a picture of the technician servicing your home. Jessika will listen to a customer, address your concern, follow-up, and resolve your inquiry.

Kindness and courtesy is the root of a good customer experience.

Ryan was great to work with. He definitely knows what he’s doing and seems to enjoy doing it. Wasn’t afraid to crawl under the deck to eliminate the wasps and hornets that were making their home under there. It’s a real pleasure to be able to use our deck.

Ryan is very personable, fast and reliable! We appreciate him eradicating most of our rodent problem. He installed the mouse poison, they ate it up, and started dropping like flies!!! No more hearing mice running through our walls. And no worries about my toddler daughters getting into it. Thanks a bunch!

Jen in the office is incredibly helpful; she clearly explained the process and responded immediately when I had a question in the first 30 days of service.
Joe, who did the initial inspection and treatment, and then came back to investigate an issue, was second-to-none in my book! The staff I have met so far have been professional, friendly, and reassuring that they will walk us through our pest problem and walk our mice out the door–exactly what I needed to know!

Jay is the absolute best. After a year of using another rodent/pest control service our mice problem had gotten progressively worse. Once we switched to U.S. Best Pest Control the mice activity in our house has been reduced to almost nothing. Jay is responsive, knowledgable, and cares just as much about solving your issue than you do. You will not regret using this service.

These guys were amazing. They came out quickly and did a really thorough walk through of the inside and outside of our house, identified all potential entry points for mice and treated our entire house. Within a week, we saw an impact and within 3 weeks we didn’t see or hear any mice at all. They came back out for a follow up after 2 weeks to verify things were working and checked on the recommendations they made. Overall everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and they did amazing work for a good price. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Rosenbloom because of a rodent problem coming from next door. It’s been over a year and the problem has been solved. If I could give Rosenbloom one hundred stars , I would. My technicians Shaloom and Nathan are extremely rare and provide the kind of service not frequently seen in this day and age. Making appointments is stress free. The technicians are friendly, courteous, personable and professional. They are normally on time and if running a little late will give you a call. The follow up is remarkable. If you have a problem and do not contact this company you’re doing yourself a disservice. I am completely satisfied with Rosenbloom and I highly recommend them.

It was a annual visit to change out some of the bait in the bait stations and use foam inside the house where there are any signs of termites being active. My house has been looking pretty better after the initial service from last year. Way less shaving from the Termites going to town on my wooded boards places under the flooring for the main level of the house.

Awful. They were supposed to set off floggers between 9-12. Never showed. Then we called and they lied and said they were on their way. Then we called again an hour later and they said they had to reschedule and told us to calm down after not showing up multiple times and lying to us. Our dishes and food have been in our car for 6 hours and we had to take off work for this.

Do yourselves a favor. Find another company. One that works. Has good customer services and doesn’t straight up lie to you. There are way better bug places than this one. Their treatments for bugs btw? Never worked to begin with. Don’t let their low prices fool you.

Great start with clear communication and ease of setting up appointment. I was impressed with the automatic text message confirming the appointment and then another email as well about the appointment I was thinking this was great service…I was given a 3hr window of arrival. then the day of NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT, NO SHOW. That was 4days ago and I never even heard from them.

Términix assigned technician to my address by the name James. He is very not responsive, very unprofessional technician. He called me around 8pm to confirm an appointment, I called him back and don’t answer and I messaged him back he didn’t reply too. The following day the day of my appointment, in between 10am-12pm this tech never called ahead as a protocol if we are around or not. So I called him and not answer. So it’s 11:20am he didn’t call at all so I decided to call the customer line and an agent spoke to me and very apologetic, she said, she will call the technician to check where exactly he is. Per agent the technician told her he is with other customer and will be coming late to my address. And I waited once again. At around 12:11pm recorded on my phone, he called to check if I am at home. Of course, I have other errands to do and not bringing my phone with me. So I called him at 12:15 and he didn’t answer. I called customer line another agent said he is not answering. And let me wait another hour. I decided to call James the technician again, this time he answer with very rude tone of voice like I’m the one who is in fault. He said he is with another customer. I said to him why he didn’t follow the schedule for me. He said he keeps calling which is very lie. I told him I called twice to customer line even them confirm to me that he is not answering and I’m still on my schedule window and he is with another customer.( How rude). He raise his tone of voice and he said “what I can do!” Then I told him I have to report his unprofessionalism to his manager.

Don’t ever use this company. Their ad saying free estimate but you will get poor technician and bad treatment. I cancel my other errands and waited for this person and I got nothing from waiting.

I called 9/18 around 5 pm and had an appointment 9/19 by 8 am! The woman (Jessica) I spoke with to make the appointment it self was great. She was very friendly and gave me an understanding of what would happen when the inspector would arrive. I received a call around 8 pm to confirm my 8 am appointment from James. I received a call in the morning when he was arriving. James was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind and knew what he was doing! He gave me a ton of insightful information. Thank good I only needed the inspection to rule out an issue that was said came from my apartment, but I know if I ever have a problem with ANYTHING Terminix will be the people I reach out to!

The service was great!! Each time I called, the person (s) that answered the phone was professional and polite. Noah who came out to my home to the inspection and the work was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! he too was professional and polite. He knows what he’s doing, his work is proficient and super neat. Sooo I had birds living behind my shutters for about 7 years, Noah tacked in a wire netting, removed the 50 pounds of nest, cleaned and secured the shutters back to the house. I am beyond grateful to him and this and the service

Do not hire this company. They regularly engage in fraudulent, dishonest business practice and will scam you out of money with their bait and switch prce schemes. They will quote you an initial price and then change the price to double the quote. I have reported them to the Maryland State Department of Licensing and Labor for Fraudulent Business Practices. And am in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

We had a verbal agrement for $125 inspection charge which would be applied to the initial treatment if they did the treatment at the same time. I agreed to the initial treatment for $175 and then a quarterly charge of $125 for regular maintenance. But then they gave me a bill for $300 for 2 services in 7 days. And they refused to do a 1 time service $175. They wasted my time. And my tenant’s time. And refused to honor our verbal agreement for the $175 treatment after wasting hours of my time.

I have already disputed the charge on my credit card. But please be warned… they will charge your card even if they don’t actually do the services.

A rodent or pest problem happens to everyone. I’ve been a happy customer of Q for almost three years now I think. We started with them on a monthly plan to eliminate a rodent infestation. Once it was controlled, we moved to quarterly for maintenance. The crew has been extremely professional every visit. I don’t know how they spend all day crawling around in basements and they still have a bright white, clean shirt on when they knock.

I’ve met three of the technicians now and all three have provided a clear explanation of our situation, what treatments have been done, and what to expect. Lyn in the office is courteous and professional when scheduling and arranging for payment.

As someone who has owned a home with a termite infestation in the past, having an annual service contract with Q Pest Control gives me so much peace of mind! Termite prevention really a must for every homeowner here in Maryland. I’ve hired more than one company in the past for pest control but Frank with Q Pest Control has proved to be a real keeper. The inspections are thorough and Frank is highly knowledgeable and friendly. It’s evident that he takes pride in doing good work and taking good care of his customers and their homes.

Worst experience ever! Billed us for a service they never performed and when we called to ask to discontinue service as our dog was diagnosed with cancer and we did not want to use the chemicals anymore, they told us no and that we have a contract and they will send us to collections for the balance on the contract even if they do not perform the service. HORRIBLE BUSINESS stay far away from these A**holes. All the positive reviews they have are on their own website – wonder just how true those are? Check Google & Yelp reviews tells a very different story than the lies they are telling.
